PANVILLAGE LEASE TERMS
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The accommodation price must always be paid in advance. When making a reservation, the customer pays an advance payment of 30% of the accommodation price. The final payment is due 30 days before the accommodation date. An invoice for the final payment will be sent to the Customer by e-mail. The customer takes care of paying the final invoice by its due date. After payment of the final invoice, the customer will be sent apartment instructions and rules, as well as driving instructions and the code for the key hider. The code for the key hider is sent to the Customer by text message on the day of arrival. If the reservation is made less than 31 days before the start of the accommodation period, the reservation consists of only one single invoice, which is due within 1-7 days from the reservation date.
The customer must provide his address and phone number when making a reservation. In order for the customer to be able to stay at the destination, he must be of legal age. Minor children are welcome accompanied by an adult guardian.
LESSOR’S RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING
The lessor can cancel the reservation due to force majeure or for reasons beyond the control of the lessor (such as fire or water damage).
APARTMENT INSTRUCTIONS AND KEY HIDDEN
Driving directions and apartment rules are sent to the customer by email. The code for the key hider is sent to the customer on the day of arrival by text message.
STAY AT THE ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is available to the customer from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. The accommodation price always includes bed linen and towels (for the reserved number of people). Sheets must always be used in all Beds. The use of sleeping bags etc. is not allowed. The accommodation price always includes final cleaning. However, the customer must take care of washing the dishes, taking out the trash, and taking away the groceries and empty bottles/cans they brought with them on the day of departure. The accommodation is also suitable for people with allergies.
Animals and smoking are strictly prohibited.
Hair dyeing is also prohibited at the accommodation. Parties/events are prohibited. Silence from 22:00 to 07:00.
NUMBER OF PERSONS
Only the number of people mentioned in the reservation can stay at the accommodation. The use of additional accommodation, such as a hammock, tent, mobile home or trailer, in the accommodation and in the area of the property is prohibited.
The customer is obliged to fully compensate the lessor for all direct and indirect damages caused to the accommodation or its movable property. In the event of an accident, report the damage to the lessor immediately and agree on compensation.
DISTURBANCE OR TERMINATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT DUE TO AN EMERGENCY SITUATION
If the Customer does not stop causing a disturbance or danger to those in the same or neighboring properties, despite the notice from the lessor of the accommodation or his representative, the lessor has the right to terminate the tenancy immediately. All expenses arising from the aforementioned measures will be charged separately from the Customer, and the rent will not be refunded.
If there are any defects in the property or there are any comments regarding the cleanliness of the apartment, please call the owner immediately after arriving at the apartment. You can find his contact information, e.g. apartment instructions, as well as booking information.
• Please report any deficiencies no later than on the day of your arrival at by 20
• If you arrive at the apartment after 20:00 as agreed, by 10:00 the next day at the latest.
• Complaints made afterwards will not be taken into account and there is no right to a refund.
DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
The contracting parties (the lessor and the Customer) strive to resolve any disputes arising from the rental through mutual negotiations. If no agreement can be reached during the negotiations, the matter can be referred to the District Court. Finnish law applies to the contract. The lessor is not responsible for changes beyond the control of the lessor that have appeared after the publication of these terms and conditions. The lessor reserves the right to make changes.
